In exchange, if you have received a damaged product or is not as shown on the site, you must bring it to our attention 24-48 hrs after receiving the product. We will look into your complaint and will take an appropriate decision. Orders delivered & accepted by the customer cannot be refunded. In case you feel the order is not as per specification, please contact our team within 24 -48 hrs for us to look into it and take an appropriate decision.
